I've used a number of their various scented body butters and I couldn't agree more with you that the formula sucks but the scent is what sold it to me. So for that reason, I actually always mix half a scented moisturizer with half of my HG body moisturizer (Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion) so that way I get the best of both worlds (scent + moisture).
Oh and I forgot to write this in your latest post but Good Luck with your exams coming up Hun :)Karen Lawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09242109930764582496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-14969960363207650572012-01-31T18:51:03.547+02:002012-01-31T18:51:03.547+02:00yeah you're right on this one, I actually trie...yeah you're right on this one, I actually tried the same one as you with Shea Butter. *dry skins ahem* :) xxfashion written with a lipstickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15418451506912869399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-13602667759621719362012-01-31T07:51:30.340+02:002012-01-31T07:51:30.340+02:00@Marina(Makeup4all): Is the Jasmine as lightweight...@Marina(Makeup4all): Is the Jasmine as lightweight as the Coconut Milk I tried? As for the TBS body butters, they make great scents, they're good for winter and dry skin, but I fear that if you've tried a little more high-end than that, chances are you won't be wowed by its texture. I just with the texture wasn't so thick and "waxy"!
What type of skin do you have? Do you feel that you have to use more of the Korres milk to keep you moisturised?
As for the Sephora one, this one is formulated without parabens - but then again, this is not their classic scented range (the one with the many colours/scents) so cannot be too sure about those!Tina A.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08114907058931604230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-82464950210896309832012-01-29T22:46:37.615+02:002012-01-29T22:46:37.615+02:00@fashion written with a lipstick: Hmm, I'm afr...@fashion written with a lipstick: Hmm, I'm afraid that the Korres one is not the cheapest, I'd bought it from an online pharmacy store around 12-ish, but I'm willing to bet it's closer to 15 at the actual pharmacy. It's probably the most expensive one per ml, but it's truly a great product, I've never tried anything lighter!
As for the TBS formula, I think that we're all lured by their scents and nth more really!
And the Garnier one is not a bad per se (btw which one did you try?), but having tried a variety of body lotions and butters, I feel it can't compete with some of the other ones...! Btw the scent does not really resemble coconut, this might come in handy when you choose your scent (but then again, I do find that Korres scents, despite being lovely, are often far from the actual fruit/nut scent)!Tina A.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08114907058931604230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-6936614972874367152012-01-29T22:32:24.363+02:002012-01-29T22:32:24.363+02:00I have tried them all but as to my skin need and f...I have tried them all but as to my skin need and for some of their ingredients i stopped but i really like the Body Shop One since i am a scent junky, and the Body shop one is also good for my skin and very mosturizing, but i am avoiding skin products from Sephora due to their usage of Paraben.
Have a lovely week and an award is waiting for you here http://distinguisheddiva.blogspot.com/2012/01/am-kreativ-blogger.html
you blog is lovely!
XXXAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12126223327776563791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-70932351484548345442012-01-29T19:58:32.278+02:002012-01-29T19:58:32.278+02:00i've tried both TBS and KORRES (the jasmine sc...i've tried both TBS and KORRES (the jasmine scent).
i agree with you, for the tbs one, about the tackiness although , imo, it gets absorbed but somehow you "feel" it on your skin. and their smell it's divine. it stays on my pyjamas too and i love it.
my only problem with korres is that i consume it in far less time than the other body milks.
my next choice would be garnier or a korres body butter.

in the past i had tried a sephora body milk but after a while(silly me) i noticed that it was full in parabens and since then i haven't bought any. i'll have a look in this, too.evihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11084857024693118158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643809796485797684.post-7059375874569085282012-01-29T14:45:20.168+02:002012-01-29T14:45:20.168+02:00I'm so getting the Korres body milk!! From the drugstore body lotions, I really like Nivea's body milks. But I really wanna try Korres too, I wanna have a body milk without parabens, but iirc I tried a Korres one many years ago, I think it was the green tea one and I hated it, it left a white cast on my body and didn't blend well. Did you have that problem with the Coconut one?? Actually I'm between Coconut and the Jasmine one.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00766044627038715250noreply@blogger.com
